YMCA wants to make sure people stuck at home due to the COVID-19 outbreak can still get the exercise they need.
Choose from more than 60 free online exercises classes and youth programs including boot camp, barre, yoga, weightlifting, boxing, Tai Chi and more to support the health and well-being of the community whilst social distancing.
From 30th March Inova Well’s Healthy Lifestyle program will be live streaming a variety of fitness classes that will be taught by skilled instructors for free. Classes cover yoga, heart health, zumba, Pilates and more.
